Our Projects

RECONFIGURE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION ENTRYWAY - $2.5 MILLION

We will welcome our communities to the Immaculate Conception and the shared church offices with a wider, welcoming, and accessible entry. Access from the entrance to the church, elevators, bathrooms, and staff offices will enhance our ability to serve all members of our community. We will also:

  • Renovate entryway bathrooms and bridal suites: With our growing churches, these spaces will better serve the community with increased accessibility and more efficient and functional infrastructure.
  • Connect church offices to Immaculate Conception: The new entryway and offices will be connected so that the church offices and staff will be accessible to all parishioners, a current challenge at both existing church offices.

CONVERT THE RECTORY TO OFFICES - $1 MILLION

The growth of our churches has increased the need for additional and functional office spaces. We will transform the space we currently have at the rectory and transform it into offices so we can:

  • Create office space to meet our current and future needs: The current offices in the rectory and the offices at St. Wenceslaus are not large enough to accommodate our full staff. Locating our staff at a single, accessible location will improve our ability to serve all parishioners and facilitate our engagement with the community.
  • Update key systems in the rectory: The electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems will be repaired and updated to modern safety standards. Notably, the tube wiring will be updated, the leaking plumbing and boiler systems will be repaired, and the improperly directed airflows will be refit, providing necessary updates to critical infrastructure.
  • Photos of damage, disrepair, and electrical wiring components that need to be addressed to create a safe, efficient, and functional office for our churches are included at right.
  • Address the liability of previous additions: Rooms that were previously added to the exterior of the rectory will be removed, and the historic profile will be restored. Repairing and maintaining these rooms is not cost-effective.
